Artichoke Chile Dip

Perfect for your game day spread. Artichoke hearts chopped and combined with green chiles, and cheeses. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, chips or veggies.


  • 1 14-ounce jar or can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1 4-ounce can of chopped green chiles, or prepare from fresh chiles

  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients, minus 1/4 cup Parmesan in bowl and mix

  3. Spread into oven safe dish that works for serving the dip

  4. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top of dip

  5. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly. Broil last 1-2 minutes to brown cheese, if desired.

  6. Serve warm
