Elevated Gin & Tonic

Fancy up your cocktail with Empress indigo gin and elderflower tonic. Serve with slice of grapefruit or blood orange and a sprig of rosemary.


  • 2 Oz Empress indigo gin

  • 4 Oz Fever tree elderflower tonic

  • Slice of grapefruit or orange

  • Sprig of rosemary


  1. Fill a tumbler or wine glass with ice. Add gin, and then pour tonic watching the color change.

  2. Squeeze a little citrus if desired and garnish with slice of fruit and rosemary.
