Perfectly Roasted Cauliflower

This simple recipe creates melt-in-your-mouth magnificent cauliflower that makes the ideal side for your meal


  • One head cauliflower

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Wash and trim cauliflower

  3. For ease of chopping and to maximize surface area, slice cauliflower, from top of head down into 1/2 inch wide slices, leave in tact, or separate if desire smaller pieces

  4. Lay pieces flat side down on cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil generously over cauliflower.

  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until well browned and crispened on edges, DO NOT FLIP DURING BAKING
